The look you give to me from across the room.

Strangers we are, all the way from The womb.


I once looked away. Nervous as most.

Never meant to be, my entire life you were a ghost.


But now, now I look into your soul. I gaze until the people around us are screaming.

I looked there and I looked here never finding you but still dreaming.


Helpless. This only lasts until I blink.

I knew you. It all felt fake until I saw you wink.
